The Ricciola with Lemon Sauce is a must-try and so is the Bomb Paolino’s, a home made pasta dish filled with ham and mozzarella. Chef Franco Aversa works his magic by pairing tradition and imagination at one of Capri’s oldest restaurants. From pizzas stuffed with Capri figs and prosciutto, to rice pie in prawn sauce, you will undoubtedly receive familial traditional cuisine in a fine dining setting. This restaurant is extremely well known not just for its Neapolitan and Caprese specialities, but also for its incredible wine cellar. With over 300 labels of rare vintages, you know that you will have an excellent meal.
Perfect as a spot to grab some quick yet delicious lunch, Barbarossa is a quaint restaurant located in the center of town. Besides an array of pizza, it also boasts delicious local specialties. Ensure that the mixed antipasti plate and risotto shrimp with lemon is on your list of must-tries here.
Located inside a gorgeous 15th century building, Il Ristorante Al Grottino serves up a fresh and delightful seafood salad. Move on over to the homemade pasta dish with seafood and shellfish. Another favorite is the agnolotti with cherry tomatoes. With lovely decor and a warm ambiance, do not be surprised if you are personally greeted by the owner and treated like a long lost friend the second you walk through the door.
Situated on the edge of a thousand foot cliff, the Hotel Caesar Augustus is the perfect place to call home when you get off your luxury yacht. Not only will you be treated to breathtaking vistas of Mount Vesuvius, you will also get stunning sights of the Bay of Naples. The restaurant features simple yet incredibly fresh ingredients nurtured by the sea and the sun.
